Nuestro equipo – Inca Ventures

Inca Ventures

Fernando Donayre

Founder/Managing Partner

Fernando Donayre is a native Peruvian and the managing director and founder of INCA Ventures. He has over thirty years of experience investing in Latin America and in 2004 launched INCA Investments, which manages approximately $600 million in the equity markets of Latin America for institutional investors. Fernando launched INCA Ventures in 2018 to invest in the talented entrepreneurs he knew existed in the Andean region. He sees INCA Ventures as a way to help foster the growing economies of his native and neighboring countries while taking advantage of the spectacular growth he perceives for entrepreneurs and their companies in the rapidly developing tech ecosystems of the Andean region.

Meghan Stevenson-Krausz

Director

Originally from Philadelphia, Meghan moved to Lima in October 2019 after 5 years living in San Francisco to lead INCA Ventures’ offices in Peru. She has a degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and a MSc in Human Rights from the London School of Economics.

Since 2016, Meghan has been working to build bridges between Latin America and Silicon Valley, a believer that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. The best part of her role at INCA is getting to interact with and invest in top notch founders from the Andean region, who havehistorically been overlooked.

Meghan currently serves as the President of the Board of the Peru Venture Capital and Seed Association (PECAP) and is a Founder of InclusivX, a collective of investors seeking to create a more diverse and inclusive VC sector in LatAm. She is also a member of the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Lima Hub (previously Co-Curator of the San Francisco Hub), and was formerly a Founding Board Member of WeInvest, the first community for women investing in Latin America.
